Terms of Payment

In case of deliveries within Germany & to foreign countries, you have the following payment options. Note: All prices are in EUR. USD and GBP prices are based on current spot exchange rates and are only shown in product and collection pages to facilitate the shopping process. Customers are still charged and invoiced in Euros.


You can use PayPal to pay for your items in an easy and secure way. You will be redirected to PayPal during the ordering process. If you're already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user data and confirm the payment. If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can sign in as a guest or open a PayPal account and confirm the payment.

Credit Cards via Stripe

Your credit card information will be encrypted using SSL to ensure a high security standard.

Amazon Payments

With amazon payments you can pay at with the credentials from your amazon account. This makes shopping with us faster, simpler and safer.

When will you charge my account?


After receiving the order confirmation, your PayPal account will be invoiced with the order amount.

Credit Cards via Paymill

Do I need a Freeletics account to place an order?

No, you can shop with us as a guest. However, we provide you with the option of creating an account or logging in with your Freeletics account. This makes processing returns and complaints easier, and it also improves the purchasing process for both you and us in the future. It also means it's easy to keep in touch with us.

How do I find the right size for the product of my choice?

Please use the sizing table with the respective instructions. It’s there to help you find your perfect fit.

What should I do if I can’t find the product I am searching for?

If products are no longer in stock or no longer belong to our product range, then we will remove them from our webshop. Nevertheless, if you see an item that is not in stock, then we apologise. We do our best to keep the website and the inventory in sync. If your size or your desired colour is not available, take another look in a few days, as our warehouse might have since taken a delivery including that product.

Is it possible to change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched?

When you submit your order, we process it immediately, which is why it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel the order. However, you have the option and right of cancelling your order free of charge within 14 days of receipt without the need to state a reason.
