Dispatch conditions

Deliveries are made within Germany and in the following countries: EU, USA, Switzerland, Norway.

Dispatch Cost

Shipping to Germany

We charge lump sum shipping costs of 2,90 € per order. From a order value of 60.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

Shipping to France (metropolitan)

We charge lump sum shipping costs of 5,90 € per order. From a order value of 60.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

 

Shipping to other EU countries, Switzerland* and Norway*

We charge lump sum shipping costs of 5,90 € per order. From a order value of 60.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost.

*Please note that delivery to these countries may incur import and customs taxes. These costs shall be borne by the recipient.

Shipping to the United States of America (Mainland)*

We charge lump sum shipping costs of 5,90 € per order. From an order value of 60.00 € onwards, we deliver shipments free of cost

Delivery Periods

Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 2 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 3 - 7 days, in case of US deliveries within 10-15 days after the order confirmation (in case an advance payment has been agreed upon, after the payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

We do not issue partial deliveries. If an item is not in stock and would therefore delay the delivery, we point this out in our shop.  Please refer to our GTC for more information.

Where can I track my orders online?

Once the order has left our dispatch warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation email. This email will contain your package reference number. You can use it to easily track your order online on the website of our DHL. Tracking is only possible 24 hours after receipt of the delivery confirmation.

Is it possible to use a different billing and delivery address?

Yes, this is possible

Is it possible to change or cancel an order before it has been dispatched?

When you submit your order, we process it immediately, which is why it is unfortunately no longer possible to modify or cancel the order. However, you have the option and right of cancelling your order within 14 days of receipt without the need to state a reason for such.

Is it possible to exchange products?

Given that exchanges create logistical difficulties and the fact that we cannot guarantee a desired size or colour being in stock, this is unfortunately not possible. However, you have the option of cancelling your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without the need to state a reason for such. We would then ask you to place a new order for the desired product.

Do you offer partial shipments?

We only send a delivery out once all of the ordered items are available. We do not issue partial deliveries.
