Shipping & Delivery

Updates due to coronavirus:

- Firstly, deliveries parcels and packages up to 10kg to the EU, US and Canada are currently not affected but slight delays could occur. Packages over 10kg will have further delays but these will be communicated. Our Freeletics products will not fall into the 10kg plus category unless for example 4 or more of our Pullup bars are ordered at 1 time.

- Please note to use your home address if possible when placing an order with us. We are currently highly recommending NOT to use a packing station, office and any other public space where pickup is required as a delivery address. In many countries where a lockdown has been enforced these public delivery facilities are or will be closed (eg packing stations and even post offices)

- DHL our EU partner has issued a new procedure where in affected countries packages will be left at the delivery address door, the delivery person will make their presence known then step 2 meters back. No signature at this time will be required.

- During this time Freeletics will extend our return policy to 60 days for people in locked down areas.

Deliveries are made within all EU countries, Switzerland, Norway,Canada and the USA.

Shipping fees

Shipping to Germany and Austria

We charge a flat shipping fee of €3.99 per order on orders totaling less than €60.00. For orders value of €60.00 and above, delivery is free of charge.

 

Shipping to other EU countries*

We charge a flat shipping fee of €7.99 per order on orders totaling less than €60.00. For orders valued at €60.00 and above, delivery is free of charge.

Shipping to the United States of America (Mainland)* and Canada*

We charge a flat shipping fee of €14.99 per order on orders totaling less than €90.00. For orders valued at €90.00 and above, delivery is free of charge.

Special treatment for large items: For large items, such as the No Excuses Bar or the No Excuses Workout Mat, we charge a flat shipping fee of €29.99 per order. For orders valued at €150.00 and above (with discounts already applied), delivery is free of charge.

Shipping to Switzerland* and Norway*

We charge a flat shipping fee of €11.99 per order on orders totaling less than €80.00. For orders valued at €80.00 and above, delivery is free of charge.

*Please note that delivery to these countries may incur import and customs taxes. These costs shall be borne by the recipient. 

Delivery time

Unless otherwise specified in the item description, the product will be delivered within 1-6 working days after receipt of the order confirmation. Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and holidays.

How can I track my orders online?

Once the order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your package tracking number.

For EU, Switzerland, and Norway

Please use your tracking number to track your order online on the DHL website. Tracking is only possible 24 hours after receipt of the delivery confirmation.

For the USA

Please use your tracking number to track your order online on the FedEx website. Tracking is only possible 24 hours after receipt of the delivery confirmation.

Is it possible to change or cancel an order after I have placed it?

Once you submit your order, we process it immediately. For this reason, it is no longer possible to modify or cancel the order. However, you have the option and right to revoke your order within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.

Do you offer partial shipments?

No. We only ship a package once all of the ordered items are available.

My package hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

The estimated delivery date for orders is 1-6 working days – please allow adequate time for your order to arrive. You’ll be able to see the delivery status of your package by clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

If the estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your package, please contact our Customer Support team so that we can help you further.

My order could not be delivered and was sent back. What happens now?

If it was not possible to deliver your order (due to an incorrect address, recipient not present, etc.), it will be sent back to our warehouse, and our Customer Support team will contact you for the correct address details.

If you have already been notified that the package was returned to the warehouse, please don’t hesitate to contact our Customer Support team and provide us with the correct address.

Do I have to pay customs fees?

When goods are not shipped domestically (within your country) or within a single customs union, such as the European Union, you are liable to pay any inbound duties and taxes that your local customs authority deems appropriate.

To ensure the DHL courier can deliver your goods as quickly as possible after they enter your country or customs union, DHL pays the customs authority on your behalf for any duties and taxes that are due on the goods. Once the duties and taxes are fully repaid to DHL, the goods will be delivered to you.

What duties and taxes you have to pay, if any, depends on where the goods are sent from, the type of goods, their transactional value and the weight of the package.
