Run a flexible tape measure across the fullest area of your chest, holding the tape measure horizontally.
Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your waist, keeping the tape horizontally.
Hip
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest point of your hip, keeping the tape measure horizontally.

The perfect size
If you are between two sizes the decision is up to you. You prefer a tighter fit then go for the smaller size. Loving a loose fit? You take the larger one.
For Tops
If your body measurements for chest and waist result in two different sizes, you should order the size from your chest measurement.
For Bottoms
If your body measurements for hip and waist result in two different sizes, you should order the size from your hip measurement.

Grundsätzlich bin ich sehr von den FREELETICS Produkten überzeugt, jedoch war ich im Fall der "Functional softshell pants" ein Wenig enttäuscht. Ich habe die Hose nachdem ich Sie erhalten habe einmal gewaschen und etwa 2-3 mal getragen. Dabei hat sich nach dieser kurzen Zeit bereits der "Freeletics" Schriftzug gelöst. Grundsätzlich finde ich es nicht so tragisch, jedoch sieht man nun Rückstände an denen sich die Buchstaben befanden. Ich finde so etwas sollte nicht vorkommen, wenn der Hersteller Wert darauf legt seine Artikel mit dem eigenen Produktnamen zu brandmarken (Anbei ein Foto).
Ansonsten finde ich das Material und den Tragekomfort top.
Die Hose sitzt wie angegossen, sieht super aus und eignet sich perfekt für Workouts.
Ich habe die Hose noch nicht lange im Gebrauch, aber nach den ersten Trainings bin ich sehr zufrieden. Sie ist elastisch und schränkt die Bewegungsfreiheit nicht ein, das Material fühlt sich wertig an und ist einfach abwischbar. Ob die Hose auch lange hält kann ich noch nicht beurteilen.
Außerdem ist der Support von Freeletics wirklich super. Ich habe einen Artikel falsch geliefert bekommen und die Rücksendung über die Website ausfüllen ging leider nicht. Nach einer Mail an den Support wurde mir sofort der Rücksendenachweis gesendet.
Ich bestelle gerne wieder.
