Returns

How can I return my order?

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and send the goods back to us free of charge. If possible, we ask you to use the original packaging. You must add the return form enclosed with the delivery otherwise we can not process the return.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive the purchase price plus delivery costs within 14 days of the receipt of your cancellation, provided we have received the returned goods or you have proven that you have sent the items. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment used for the order.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or is faulty?

Your statutory rights based on defects apply. Simply send the product back to us, noting the defects. If you have not received a return form, please contact our customer support team. For filing the return, please go to Return Shipping.

What are the costs for returning products?

There are no return postage costs if you use the return label provided. If you do not want to use the free return option, then send the package with sufficient postage to this address: Freeletics Apparel GmbH, c/o Pfiff GmbH, Am Kastlacker 1, 93309 Kelheim, Germany or Freeletics Apparel GmbH, Lothstraße 5, 80335 München

For orders from the US: Please return your order to Freeletics Apparel GmbH, c/o Pfiff GmbH, Am Kastlacker 1, 93309 Kelheim, Germany via USPS. 

How can I exercise my legal right of cancellation?

If you want to exercise your legal cancellation rights, you can use the cancellation form provided. Please note that using the form is not a prerequisite for asserting your cancellation rights. The cancellation form can be found here.

Which steps do I have to follow to request a return?

Online Return Request

1. Go to the shop from which you made the order:
EN for shop.freeletics.com
DE for shop.freeletics.de
FR for shop.freeletics.fr
2. Under service go to Sending Returns.
3. Search for your order with your order ID (without country letters EN, FR & DE) and email address.
4. Select the items you wish to return, add the respective reason and submit.

Return Label

For orders within the EU & Switzerland
1. Click the Button “Generate your return label”.
2. In the pop-up page, select the country from where you are returning your order.
3. You will be redirected to a DHL Web-Form, where you need to fill out your address details.
4. You will receive your return label as PDF document to download.
5. Print out the return label, place it on the package and send it back via the carrier indicated on the label.

Orders from Norway
Unfortunately we can not provide this service for orders from Norway. Send back your products with the return form to Freeletics Apparel GmbH, c/o Pfiff GmbH, Am Kastlacker 1, 93309 Kelheim. We will reimburse your returning costs.

Orders from the US

Send the Parcel

1. Put products in original packaging.
2. Add return form. This is mandatory to be able to process the return. 
3. Ship via the shipping partner indicated on the return label.

Norway: Send back your products with the return form as explained above.
