Sustainable Performance T-shirt

The fabric for this T-Shirt is a combination of recycled and renewable fibers - Polyester from recycled plastic bottles and Lyocell, a compostable & biodegradable fiber made from wood.

- The TENCEL™ Lyocell fibers are created from sustainably managed wood sources, as certified by the USDA - but it doesn’t stop there! The process to create the fibers is internationally recognized by the EU Ecolabel to ensure a lower environmental impact throughout the entire lifecycle and has won “The Technology Award for Sustainable Development” from the European Commission.

- The Recycled Polyester is made from post-consumer recycled plastic bottles with a long list of certifications: Scientific Certification Systems (SCS), Oeko-Tex 100, and the Global Recycled Standard (GRS).

- SCS is the leading certifier and standards developer of environmental and sustainability claims.
Oeko-Tex 100 certification is a well-known international eco-label that tests fibers to be free of harmful levels of more than 100 restricted chemicals.
GRS ensures the highest level of integrity with regard to tracking recycled content throughout the value chain of certified final products.
