Good blocks

I bought one of them blocks for stretching. It's more less the same price as other ones elsewhere, but these are bit heavier, harder, feel more stable during yoga, + they have that nice Freeletics logo on it. I will probably get another one soon too.

Useful, sturdy, functional

I didn’t realize that these were so small because I didn’t realize what they were. I would like Freeletics to explain products in more detail and their functions—not all of us know about all of these things. I thought I was getting blocks big enough I could use them as boxes. I didn’t know the difference.
Anyway, they came and I use them all the time for extending stretches and making pushups and whatnots more difficult. They definitely serve that purpose! Being small, they are easy to store and easy to move around and easy to get out when you need. They’ve helped me up my game and I guess that’s the point.
Freeletics did recently publish a blog about these which offers some guidance, but honestly it could be more detailed, especially to help people who don’t immediately know what these are for.
