How can I return my order?

To submit a return and download your return label, please click here.

All you need is your 5-digit order number (# you find on your invoice) and the email address you used to place your order.

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt and send the products back to us free of charge (except for non-European countries and Norway). If possible, we ask you to use the original packaging.

What are the costs of returning products?

For orders from the EU and Switzerland:
There are no return postage costs if you use the return label provided. If you do not want to use the free return option, then send the package with sufficient postage to this address: EC EXPRESS COURIER/byrd technologies, c/o Freeletics Apparel GmbH, Wuppertaler Str.80, 45549 Sprockhövel, Germany or Freeletics Apparel GmbH, C/O Design Offices München, Einsteinstrasse 174, 81677 München, Germany.

For orders from Norway:
Please send your package with sufficient postage to this address: EC EXPRESS COURIER/byrd technologies, c/o Freeletics Apparel GmbH, Wuppertaler Str.80, 45549 Sprockhövel, Germany or Freeletics Apparel GmbH, C/O Design Offices München, Einsteinstrasse 174, 81677 München, Germany . We will reimburse you for the return costs up to €10.

Can I exchange my products?

For logistic reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to exchange products.

However, you may return the products within 14 days after the purchase and we will reimburse the paid amount of money including shipping costs. You can place a new order with the product in the correct size. In order to return your items, please follow our return instructions.

How can I exercise my legal right to revoke the order?

To exercise your legal revocation rights, you may use the revocation form provided in our General Terms & Conditions. Please note that using the form is not a prerequisite for asserting your revocation rights. The revocation form can be found here.

When will I receive my refund?

You will receive a refund for the purchase price plus shipping costs within 14 days of the receipt of your revocation, provided we have received the returned products or you have proven that you have sent the items. We will refund your payment using the same means of payment used for the order.

Please note: The shipping costs will be refunded only if you return the complete order. For partial returns, the shipping costs cannot be refunded.

I couldn't generate a return label. Now what?

If you are unable to download the return label after completing the online return process, please use the following link.

Should the direct access also not work for you, please contact our Customer Support team.

Can I return more than one order in the same package?

Yes, you can return items from different orders in one package, provided that the orders have all been placed using the same email address.

Please include a note with the separate order numbers so that we can distinguish between the orders.

If I order a bundle, am I allowed to return only a part of it?

Yes, you may return only a part of a bundle order. However, we will charge you the normal price for the item you are keeping. You don't have to pay anything additional, but we will only be able to refund you the difference between the normal price and what you paid for the bundle.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or is faulty?

Simply send the product back to us, noting the defects. Please follow the steps indicated here.
