My resistance band just broke twice. My wrist is blue. Just checked my other resistance band that I use as a precaution. And my black resistance band is also showing cracks. So that is also no longer safe to use.
Allows to work at home all different muscle groups. The resistance is light enough (compared to the light blue one) to use it in series. Just to add a spicy touch to the WoDs
