Hilft super gegen Verspannungen und zur Regeneration an Rest Days

Bin unglaublich zufrieden. Anfangs ist es ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das vergeht relativ schnell. Ich bin froh dass ich ihn mir gekauft habe. Hilft auch super bei Muskelkater.

Helps to release knots and tension in the muscles. I like to use it on my legs (quads and harmstrings), so I can workout more often in the week.
